| Pickled Cleaning Procedure | ||||||||||
| 1. Use air wand to clean both shelves within leveler and blow off work rolls. | ||||||||||
| 2. Select "Leveler Cleaning" on the maintenance screen and make sure the Mod is "ON". | ||||||||||
| 3. Spray 2 pieces of felt with mineral spirits. Insert felt in leveler, ensuring all rolls are covered. | ||||||||||
| 4. Close rolls onto felt. | ||||||||||
| 5. Push"Leveler Jog Fwd". | ||||||||||
| 6. Drive "FWD" for 1 minute. | ||||||||||
| 7. Turn light mode off. | ||||||||||
| 8. Turn Thread mode on. | ||||||||||
| 9. Turn cleaning mode off on the Maintenance screen. | ||||||||||
| 10. Clamp small felt strip on center of edge guides. | ||||||||||
| 11. Check Steering Roll for build-up, grind if needed. | ||||||||||
| 12. Check Feed Roll for build-up, grind if needed. | ||||||||||
| 13. Blow out all dust from Stretcher Heads. | ||||||||||
