Plasma Procedure

1.     Check Schedule.

2.     Put orders into sequence.

3.     Home machine at beginning and mid-shift.

4.     Locate material required for the work order.

5.     Load material onto plasma table.

6.     Check thickness of material.

7.     Load Cadnest into control.

8.     Start cutting material.

9.     When finished cutting, put part and tag number on parts and check/document dimensions for first piece.

10.     At end of job, attach tags on last piece.

11.     Go to next job.
