Sumter Rev-Up Procedure

1. The purpose of this procedure is to ensure that a customer notification of change to a print/drawing/or material specification (rev-up) is fully implemented throughout Jemison Metals.

2. When sales receives notification of a revision change, they should immediately send the revision change details to the Sumter Rev-Up email group. smtrev-up@jemisonmetals.com

3. Quality will then track the status of each step of the rev-up process utilizing the SMT Rev-Up Check Sheet JDM-F-011).

4. Upon completion of the checksheet steps, QA keeps the record on file according to the master list requirements.
